Initial offers submitted in HomeSteps Connect (HSC) between November 15, 2011 -
January 31, 2012 with escrow closed on or before March 15, 2012.

• The Winter Sales Promotion Selling Agent Bonus offer is available on initial offers submitted in HomeSteps Connect between November 15, 2011 -
  January 31, 2012 with escrow closed on or before March 15, 2012.
• The Winter Sales Promotion Selling Agent Bonus offer is only available on the sale of HomeSteps homes in the following states: CO, CT, DC, DE, IA, ID, IL, IN, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MT, ND, NE, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, RI, SD, UT, VA, VT, WI, WV and WY.
• The Winter Sales Promotion Selling Agent Bonus is available only for owner-occupant primary home purchases. Investor purchases, auction sales, sealed-bid sales, second home purchases and bulk sales are ineligible for this promotion.
• The transaction must close on or before March 15, 2012, or the Winter Sales Promotion Selling Agent bonus will be void.
• HomeSteps reserves the right to remove any property from promotion or end the promotion at any time. Bonus will not be paid if closing does not occur for any reason. Any dispute over the payment of a bonus shall be resolved by Freddie Mac in its sole discretion.
• The Winter Sales Promotion Selling Agent Bonus offer is not transferable and may not be combined with any other selling agent offers, coupons or promotions.
• The Winter Sales Promotion Selling Agent Bonus offer is void where prohibited by law or applicable MLS rule. Selling agent is responsible for determining same prior to making offer.
• Only one bonus per sale will be paid.
• No coupon required.

Please inform the selling agents with whom you do business of the promotion and make sure they are aware of the full terms and conditions of the promotion before you enter a bonus into HSC.
